Automated "New Listing" E-mail Notification
Thanks to a new tool, it is now available. Every day the Multiple Listing Service data is updated and made available to users of this service.
Best of all it's FREE! Just another way we try harder to earn your business.
It's easy as 1, 2, 3.
1. Create your personal account. You will use your e-mail address plus a password of your choice to keep your information private.
2. Create a new search that fits your personal criteria. Refine you search to the way you want it.
3. Name and then save the search.
You can save up to 3 different search plans. You can select the frequency of the e-mail updates.
Whenever a property comes available matching your search plan, our system will automatically e-mail you with a link to the listing. Just click on the link in your e-mail to see detailed information on that property. You can then map the listing or save it for later viewing.
If you would like to see the home, just click a button and we will make arrangements to show you the home.
Remember to login to your account so you can save the property for later viewing or modifying your search plan(s).
That's it! Click Here to start.
Tips for best results.
Make sure you login each time you visit the search page. This will make it easier to save and fine tune your searches and save properties.
Name and Save your Search(s). Before the system can begin e-mail notifications, you must name the search, (something like "bob-1", "bob-2") and then save it. Remember to choose the e-mail notification frequency.
Hot properties sell quickly. Once they are sold, they are no longer available for viewing. If you see a home you like, contact us immediately so we can get the latest information on the home and make arrangements to show it to you.
Respect the sellers privacy. If you choose to drive by on your own, please don't trespass on their property. Remember, they don't know who you are or your true intentions. They will be suspicious and uneasy of anyone approaching them without an agent present. Don't start off on a bad foot with the sellers. Contact us or your Agent.
